Rock Island Park
You won’t want to miss the Dec. 8 Eldon Lighted Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony. Lots of fun is in store so make sure to attend! The “Home for the Holidays” themed parade begins at South Elementary School and kicks off at approximately 5:00 p.m when it gets dark. Following the parade, enjoy refreshments, music and more at the tree lighting ceremony in Rock Island Park.

The City of Laurie presents the Enchanted Village of Lights at the Laurie Fairgrounds. The Enchanted Village of Lights is one of the largest drive-through holiday light parks in Mid-Missouri. There is no charge to drive through the Enchanted Village, but any donations are greatly appreciated.
Versailles City Park
For the 11th straight season, the city of Versailles will light up its city park for the Unity Circle of Lights from Nov. 25 - Jan. 1. The holiday light park is named after the "Unity Circle," a monument erected at the park entrance to show cooperation among various entities in the community. The Unity Circle of Lights is located at the junction of Highways 5 and 52 and will feature as many as 40 lighted displays, including several animated holiday scenes for the family. The park is open from dark until midnight and admission is free.
Bagnell Dam Strip
The 34th Annual Lake Area Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 3:00 pm. The Parade will line up at 242 starting at the HH & Bagnell Dam Blvd. intersection and will turn right to proceed down Bagnell Dam Boulevard to the Dam.
Stark Caverns
Stark Caverns is once again hosting a series of holiday choral concerts INSIDE THE CAVE. Our first concert will be provided by Eldon's 9th Street Christian Church. This was our top attended performance last year and their singing was beautiful. Come hear some old favorites and some new. We will have seating for 100 in the cave, so get your $5 tickets early. Tickets may be purchased by calling 573-369-3306 or at the door (if there are seats available). Get the holidays started out right with a great performance in an incredible location. We'll have refreshments available for each performance. Remember to dress warmly - you may even want to bring a blanket. The performance area is wheel chair accessible.
