Upcoming Events @ The Lake of the Ozarks

HOT SUMMER NIGHTS
Hot Summer Nights is one of the Lake Area's favorite recurring summer events. From 6:00 - 11:00 PM, head out to the Bagnell Dam Strip for a classic car show, helicopter rides, meet and greets with pirates and clowns, and so much more! The remaining dates for Hot Summer Nights are July 10th, August 14th, and September 11th.
AQUAPALOOZA
AquaPalooza is the biggest free concert at the Lake, held every year at Dog Days Bar & Grill. This year, the big day is scheduled for Saturday, July 18th. Bring your boat and your friends for fun day out the water as you listen to the fantastic live music of several bands, including Members Only, Foreigner Tribute Band, State Line Drive, Disco Dick And The Mirror Balls. It should be a fantastic event, as always!
OYC DINGHY SHOOTOUT
There's the big Shootout, and then there's the equally thrilling Dinghy Competition! Back for its sixth year in a row, this fun race promises a great time for everyone involved. On Saturday, July 25th, racers will compete for the grand prize (and, of course, ultimate bragging rights). Racers can bring their own dinghies or rent one from Ozark Yacht Club.
GREAT BAGNELL DAM DUCK DROP GOLF TOURNAMENT
Calling all golfers! It's one of the wackiest tournaments of the year, and it's always a fun, hilarious challenge for golf enthusiasts of all ages. On Friday, July 31st at The Cove Golf Course, golfers will navigate crazy holes and fun obstacles throughout the course. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit local children at the Lake of the Ozarks via Lake Area Big Brothers Big Sister and Ozarks Coast Kiwanis.
DUCK DROP FAMILY FUN ZONE
If you're not a golfer (or if you have young kids), you get to bring your crew out to the Great Dam Duck Drop Family Fun Zone on Saturday, August 1st. With bounce houses, dunking booths, food, prizes, and more, it's going to be a great event that is fun for everyone in the whole family. The Family Fun Zone will be held on the Dam Bait Shop Grounds, just below the Dam off the Strip. At noon, the ducks will drop and one lucky winner will take home $5,000! Proceeds will benefit local non-profit organizations via the Ozark Coast Kiwanis.
